Comprehensive Refund
and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Beyrmedia, we are committed to providing “Best-in-class experience strategy” and “Iron-strong advertisements”. However, due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve significant human labor, strategic planning, and real-time optimization, we enforce a strict refund policy. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following items and services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Setup Fees: Any one-time onboarding, audit, or technical setup fees (e.g., “Comprehensive Technical SEO Audits” or “Infrastructure Assessment”) are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • Monthly Retainers: Monthly management fees for Paid Media, SEO, or Social Media management are non-refundable once the month has begun.
  • Ad Spend: Payments made to third-party advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, etc.) are processed directly by those platforms. Beyrmedia has no control over these funds and cannot issue refunds for ad spend.
  • Consulting Hours: Time spent on “Consulting,” “Market Research,” or “Strategy Development” is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Month-to-Month Contracts: Clients on standard month-to-month agreements may cancel their services by providing thirty (30) days written notice to [email protected]. The Client will be billed for the final 30-day period, and services will continue until the end of that period.

  • Fixed-Term Contracts: Clients on fixed-term contracts (e.g., 6 months, 12 months) are obligated to fulfill the payment terms of the entire contract duration. Early termination may result in an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.

  • Pause of Service: Clients may request to pause services for a maximum of one (1) month per calendar year with 14 days prior notice. Pausing is subject to Agency approval and capacity availability.

4. Dispute Resolution and "Make Good"

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, specifically regarding “Creative Services” (e.g., Logo, visual design), you must notify us within five (5) business days of receiving the deliverable.

  • Refinement Phase: We offer a structured “Feedback & Refinement” phase as part of our creative process. We will make reasonable efforts to revise the work to meet your satisfaction based on the original scope of work.

  • No Refunds for “Style”: Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction with artistic style if the deliverables match the creative brief approved by the Client.

5. Force Majeure

Beyrmedia shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service (including global outages of platforms like Google or Meta).
